Coaching Development Programme

Worthing RFC Provides coach development sessions for all its qualified coaches. These are run by our experienced senior coaches and some guest coaches for example Dave Larham of London Wasps who always provides an entertaining and informative session. It is expected that all coaches make every effort to attend these courses as part of the overall club development. Attendance is recorded and placed on the clubs coaches matrix.

Booking on an RFU course

Attached is the procedure for booking a coach onto an RFU coaching course. Essentially, the club will cover the cost of a coaching course as long as the requirement exists and the budget is available.
